With great excitement we are welcoming another epic individual to our team of coaches.
Be sure to say hello to Nick around the gym if you haven't met him yet as he also is an active member at BENTON aswell as an upcoming coach.

Nick not only is a legend all round, a very personable guy & wealth of knowledge in the industry but is also a local who grew up around the southern highlands. He is incredibly passionate about health & fitness AND has had a lot experience in the industry.
Not only is Nick a professional strength and conditioning coach with a degree in Exercise Science and a published author, but he has also been doing CrossFit for 4+ years, and is the founder of his own fitness and performance company, Realm Fitness.

We're sure you're going to love Nicks classes & energy at BENTON Gym.

2 types of signatures classes, 1 style of classes has Barbells, 1 style of our classes is a non-barbell class.

Tbh, everyone loves both types of classes 😄 but the BEST thing when it comes to our barbell classes, is no matter WHAT level you're at (e.g. couch lover, gym virgin, OG gym member, first timer, long timer) we teach you like a beginner every class! (Because let's face it, you're never too good to stop learning right?!)

We truly have something for everyone & every class is professionally coached for a reason.. to give you an excellent experience, every time you come to break a sweat 🤌🏼
