2️⃣ Your program; is it well structured to balance fitness, stability, stamina, endurance, strength & flexibility
3️⃣ Appropriate scalability; Are you using the correct progressions & regressions for your current level of fitness
4️⃣ Accountability; Do you have someone to answer to if you're not being consistent?
